WHERE THE FECK IS FECKENHAM?
Feckenham   is   a   tiny,   picturesque   village   consisting   of   just   under   two   hundred   houses,   two   pubs,   two   churches,   one   garage   and one   FeckenOdeon.   We're   on   the   B4090   between   Hanbury   and   Cookhill.   If   you   have   a   map   to   hand   look   for   Redditch   -   you'll   find us   about   three   miles   to   the   south-west.   Once   you're   in   the   village   the   FeckenOdeon   is   simple   to   locate   -   we're   handily positioned   on   the   High   Street   about   half   way   between   the   Rose   &   Crown   and   The   Forest   at   Feckenham   (formerly   The   Lygon Arms).
Not   a   lot!   -   which   is   just   the   way   we   like   it!   Having   said   that   it's   quite   a   lively   place   with   a      a   busy   social   calendar.   The   Square is   actually   the   village   green   and   a   happy   half   hour   can   be   spent   just   meandering   around   in   the   chocolate   box   prettiness   of   it all.   There   are   lots   of   well   marked   public   footpaths   if   you   want   a   more   extensive   ramble   -   there's   a   (slightly   faded)   map   in   the village hall car park to get you started.
